Hello Everyone!

We want to let you all know the we are taking a break from the Cardio Drumming Class.

We are however excited to say that we have a NEW SilverSneakers Class called BOOM, taking it's place starting today March 4th, 2026.

BOOM is a high-intensity, 30-minute group fitness program designed for active older adults to boost cardio, strength, and flexibility. This is an energetic, music driven class. (No chair is used in this class)

SilverSneakers Boom Class will be on Wednesdays from 10AM - 10:30AM in the blue Room.

The class is free for SilverSneakers members. If you are not a SilverSneakers member you can either buy a 10 visit punch card for $40 or pay $5 per visit.

We hope to see you at Boom Class TODAY!

Sheep Painting

March- Sat Mar 28th , 10-11:30

You better "baa"lieve it. Lambs for Easter. This 8"x10" acrylic painting uses cotton balls, a toothbrush, and markers to finish. Don't be "sheepish," join the spring fun. Come paint with friends.

All supplies are provided
